Details about the property and the work you need
Photos you choose to send us

Who we share it with

We only share your information where needed to provide the service, for example with:

Cognito Forms, which runs our online quote form
Our email and phone providers
Our accountant, for financial records

Photos of your property

We photograph gutters before and after each job so you can see the work. We will not use photos showing your address or identifiable features on our website or social media without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email info@gutterwashingnewcastle.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
